Human Resource Fundamentals

This course is designed for students wishing to learn the fundamental basics of human resources or seeking to expand their knowledge and expertise. The course covers the basic and essential subjects including human resource management, compensation and benefits, employment law and labor relations, performance management, and recruitment. Also considered are the more interpersonal elements of performance management, recruitment, and general human resources topics. Upon completion of course, student will receive a certificate in Human Resource Fundamentals.
 
The reinforcement of current day practice, knowledge and skills will be learned from text, lectures and practices thru group discussions and group work. Question section of the learning will follow the format that mimics the test.


You will practice from realistic work situations. Seventy-three percent of examinees say the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams are HR job-relevant.
