Creating Financial Projections

The goal of this two part workshop is to improve financial planning skills and profitability. Participants will learn how-to use financial projections to predict pricing strategies, manage cash flow and growth.  
         After completing this workshop, York SBDC business advisors will  
         continue to assist attendees in problem solving and mastering the
         numbers.
