Tap/Hip-Hop integration

Contemporary Hip-Hop dance has definitive roots in the rhythms of the hoofers from the days of the Harlem Renaissance. This workshop explores various techniques of tap dance through basic dance steps and original choreography while incorporating moves and music from today's urban landscape. Previous experience in tap, jazz, or Hip-Hop is recommended.
